Career guidance is crucial as it helps an individual to explore different avenues in the field of education and choice of career.

Under the ageis of ‘SPECTRUM’, the department of Mathematics organised a career guidance programme for II PUC science students on 31 July, 2019 in the Conference hall. Dr Norbert Lobo, Head of the Department of Economics, St Aloysius College (Autonomous) Mangaluru was the resource person. He spoke on the various career opportunities available for science students. He gave them insights on keeping pace with the future. He also answered the queries of the students and guided them to make right choices in their careers.

Mrs Reena Pearl, lecturer in Mathematics introduced the resource person and welcomed the gathering. Sr Norine Dsouza A C, Principal; Sr Janet Sequeira A C, Vice Principal and Mrs Ramya H, HOD of Mathematics were present. Ms Nidhi Shenoy rendered the vote of thanks.
