On 20th Saturday St. Agnes High School, Bendore celebrated the feast of its patroness St Agnes. The students of class 8B conducted a meaningful programme in honour of the young martyr St Agnes. The whole programme highlighted the purity and sacrifice of St Agnes.

The program began with a solemn prayer service, focusing her patronage on children, youth, maidens, gardeners and girl guides. The prayer service filled the air with spiritual fervor. An alluring and flawless dance was staged on the empowered woman, a befitting tribute to the amazing women who are the real architects of our society. A captivating skit on the life and martyrdom of St Agnes was enacted by the students, conveying the very essence of her unwavering faith in God in her short yet inspiring life journey. A buoyant zumba dance enthralled the gathering with a message of fitness and de-stress during examination time.

The chief guest Mrs. Lavina Aranha remembered with gratitude her fond memories associated with St. Agnes from KG till her graduation. She emphasized the significant virtues of truth and honesty and its connection with the school values. The endowment prizes and scholarship winners were honored by the chief guest.

The Headmistress Sr Gloria A.C congratulated the students of class 8B for their lively and vibrant performance. She also commended the class teacher Mrs. Preema Frank for diligent planning and meticulous execution of the whole program.

A sweet- tuned group song sung by the whole class, honouring the patron saint was a harmonious blend of musical talent and team work. The program was compered by Ritu Jean Lobo and Snehal Miranda, Thrisha welcomed the gathering and Varnika proposed the vote of thanks.
