A day dedicated to the celebration of Karnataka's formation, came alive on 1st November 2023 at St. Agnes High School Bendore, with a vibrant cultural program performed by the students of class 9th A.The Students and teachers gathered in the school hall to invoke blessings for the state and its people. The school's students and staff joined in unison to pay homage to the rich cultural heritage of our state. The program commenced with a solemn prayer service that emphasized the importance of dignified living with feelings of brotherhood. The highlight of the event was the rendition of the classic "Hachevu Kannadada Deepa" song, which filled the air with patriotic fervour.

The cultural program continued with mesmerising Kannada dance performances, where students showcased their talent in traditional dance forms. The colorful costumes and rhythmic moves captured the essence of Karnataka's vibrant culture.A thought-provoking skit portraying the significance of Kannada language in our day today life was enacted. The celebration was not only an occasion for students to display their talents but also an opportunity for them to learn and instill a sense of pride about culture.

The Headmistress Sr. Gloria A. C expressed her joy and appreciation at the successful event, saying, "Karnataka Rajyotsava is a day of great significance, and we are thrilled to see our students embrace and celebrate our state's culture and history with such enthusiasm". The celebrations at St. Agnes High School exemplified the unity and diversity that Karnataka is known for. The class teacher Mrs. Prathima K. B planned the entire program and even trained the students. The MC’s were Basamma and Mokshitha. Yashraj welcomed the gathering and G. Kamala proposed the vote of thanks.
