Learning is a treasure that will follow its owner everywhere. Mastery over language and Learning of Phonetics help one to understand sounds of various alphabets, thereby building up self confidence. To equip the trainees with these abilities, St Ann’s Teacher Training Institute, Mangaluru organised two days workshop on English Communication and Phonetics by Dr. Sr. Jeswina A.C, former Principal of St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru who is an expert in this field. Sr. Jeswina, with her efficient teaching method of Phonetics, trained the students how to learn the sounds of various alphabet, proper pronunciation etc. Thus, make their communication clear and effective. The trainees benefited much by this workshop and gained confidence to teach in their class rooms.

Sr. Pearl Anne A.C. conducted the workshop on Value Education, equipping the trainees with some useful techniques to teach Value Education effectively to the students.
