The Annual Sports Meet of St Ann’s High School, Bolar was held on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at the Police Grounds. The sporting extravaganza had a glittering start with a wonderful Inaugural Ceremony in the morning, Presided by the Joint Secretary of the School, Sr. Marie Lucy A.C. The Chief Guest was Mr. Kariappa Rai K, Retired P.E.T. Rosario High School. The other dignitaries present were The Vice Provincial, Karnataka Province, Sr. Rose Agnes A.C., The Education Secretary, Karnataka Province Sr. Sudeepa A.C., members of the Provincial council and Heads of Institution of the campus schools. The highlight of the programme was a disciplined march past by the four squads of the school commanded by the Sports minister Mohammed Fawaz Khan, led by the School Pupil Leader Thrisha Shetty. The Chief Guest, Mr. Kariappa Rai K, told the students to include sports as part of their daily routine to enjoy both healthy living as well as entertainment. The athletes took part in day long track and field competitions. The curtains came down on the Annual Sports Day with a Closing Ceremony Presided by Dr.Teena Sheethal Dsouza, Asst. Professor, A. B. Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Science. The winners both in team and individual championship were awarded the prizes. The sporting events of the day were conducted under the guidance of the Headmistress Sr. Ruby Dsouza A.C. and the P.E.T. of the school Mrs. Mohini.
