St. Ann’s Teacher Training Institute, Mangaluru bid a loving farewell to Mr Cyril M. Ferrao, the non-teaching staff member of the institution. The management, staff and students of the institution recalled with gratitude all the services, fond memories of Mr Cyril and felicitated him with a short programme at the institution.

Mr Cyril who hails from Kasargod, joined St Ann’s T.T.I. on July 2nd 1998 and served the institution with much dedication and love. Thousands of Teacher Trainees and staff members have witnessed his commendable services for the past 22 years. Being a simple and a hard working person by nature, he never felt tired of working for the institution, for he considered the institution as his second home. The institution places on record his dedicated service.

Sr Maria Shubha A.C., the Secretary of the Apostolic Carmel Educational Society, Karnataka; Sr Marie Lucy A.C., the Joint Secretary of the Institution; Dr Sr Lydia Fernandes A.C., the former Principal of St Ann’s College of Education; Sr Nirmala Francis A.C., the Former Principal of T.T.I.; Sr Pramila Dsouza A.C. the present Principal, staff and students were present for the programme. Ms Sudha welcomed the gathering while Ms Urmila and Ms Nishmitha compered the programme and Ms Jyothi proposed the vote of thanks. Mrs Metilda Ferrao the wife of Mr Cyril and his children Ms Melwita Smitha Ferrao and Master Simson Joy Ferrao were present for the programme.
