Mary Immaculate Preparatory School, Bengaluru
On July 1, 1958, a Nursery School was opened on the premises with one pupil on roll! In six months the strength of the class rose to 48. The medium of instruction was English. On November 14, 1958, the first Children’s Day Programme was held when the children were dressed in green and white uniforms.
With the gradual growth of the school the first batch appeared for SSLC State Board exam in the year 1970. From the year 2012-13 the Preparatory School was amalgamated to the ICSE Board and functions as Mary Immaculate School, Bengaluru.
